In 2025, Natterbox moved to incorporate AI into their contact center solutions.

Part of the journey was creating a new & compelling visual storytelling style for Natterbox’s products.

And as the corporate branding evolved, it set the direction for software and product design style.

Real wins followed the product launch.

Texecom saved 15 hours a month specifically on reporting time because the AI automatically synced and categorized call data directly into Salesforce, removing the need for manual data exports and spreadsheets.

National Dental Care reported saving over 20 hours a month in manual QA and administrative work using these new tools.

~70% of routine queries resolved by AI without human help.

Reduced by 30–60 seconds per call via auto-summarization.

Near 100% accuracy in Salesforce logging (eliminating human error).

We also made an effort to put the brand out in the world through conferences ~

Finally, we’ve started to apply the brand to every nook and cranny of Natterbox including customer presentations, sales assets, and even hype videos.
